King Koopa is trying to steal Mario’s treasure. To keep it safe Mario has hidden it and published the coordinates on Geocaching.com. Everyone knows that King Koopa doesn't know how to use a computer or smart phone, so Mario’s treasure is safe. Mario doesn’t mind if you find his treasure and take something and/or add to the treasure. Just don’t tell King Koopa the secret location. Be on the lookout for King Koopa. He has been seen in the area throwing fireballs at anyone with a GPS receiver. You may want to bring some mushrooms along just in case.

Park at the waypoint and follow the short and easy trail. There have been a couple of caches up here that have come and gone. Hopefully this one will have better luck.

Please be sure to put this back completely out of sight. Close it up snugly but please have some consideration for the next cacher and don't over tighten it. Bring the kids along to hunt for this one. This is a family-friendly cache. Please keep it that way and leave only appropriate swag.

The fantastic 360º view is worth hiking the rest of the way to the top of the hill!

I hiked up the hill today and dropped a couple more trackables (Norwegian Flag Geocoin and Boonsboro 2015 Geocoin). I also noticed that the parking coordinates were incorrect, so I fixed that. Cache is in perfect condition. Cache on!

Funny how different caches keep bringing us back up here. Filling another calendar day. Great hide and location. Such a well organized cache too. Favorite point for sure!

Out in Temple Canyon with Farmgirl and Olive. We made a short detour on the way home to grab this one. Easy find but I used a stick first being such a HOT day!! Grabbed the travelers and left a few more for the next finders. Well done container. Signed the log and we're heading for home. Thanks for the FUN new hide. Keep them coming. [8d][8d] SL TFTC

Hard to believe that I am FTF!

I had a couple of hours free this morning and this one caught my interest, since no one had looked for it?

So I took a drive down 115, lots of traffic going in both directions.

Got to a good parking spot and started my accent to GZ.

I must have visited this area in the past because I remembered that rock outcropping.

Anyway thanks for a fun container to find and a very nice prize for making a effort to grab it first.
