There are so many little parks hidden around this city. Often they seem to never have any one playing at them.  My little one and I are going to do our best to find all of them and help everyone else find them as well.
We are going to try and keep these easy to find for the little ones but if there are only a few choices then you might need to look higher.

Homestead Park

 

Welcome to the Homestead Park.   This park was what inspired the whole series.  when the little one and I first saw this park is was so over run with weeds and it had looked like noone had ever been to this park at all.  We talked about how sad it was that some playgrounds are lost and how could we find them all and get people going to them.  Then of course the light went off, we Geocache!  She and I talked about going to new parks and making them found again so we could all go and play at them.  When we came back to this park to place the cache, it looks so much better than before.  This is a very small park but it still has a slide and a swing so it made her happy.  

Thank you to all of you who have been out and finding and playing at all of these playgrounds, even the four legged playgrounds.

Unfortunately, the container is gone. Somehow found the wire in the dark. Cache is gone. Please let me know if you need assistance getting this one back up and running.
