This cache is near the Sheep Creek Cabin. Sheep Creek Road is a steep, rocky, and difficult shelf road. It's very passable with ATVs but gets progressively more difficult the larger the vehicle. The cabin is open and does have some beds inside, but I don't recommend spending the night! The cache is a small plastic soda bottle pre-form with a log and a pen hidden under a boulder and covered with rocks. There are a fair amount of artifacts in the area including a root cellar, a corral, a spring that cattle still use, and a pipe across the road that probably carried water from the spring for some domestic use. It's an interesting area and worth a bit of exploring. Enjoy the ride and the scenery. It's better on the way back down because you don't have to keep turning around to catch the views.
