This is a Challenge Cache. The cache is located at the posted coordinates. However, you must meet the requirements to claim a "Found It." You may find the cache at any time and write a note. All previous finds count.

Here are the requirements:

• You must acquire at least 25 souvenirs
• You must find at least 25 caches for each of at least 5 cache sizes
• You must find at least 25 caches for each of at least 5 cache types (Lab caches are included!)
• You must find at least 25 caches for each of 5 different D/T combinations

Use the provided checker to see if you qualify. I will delete any "Found It" logs that do not qualify.

The Difficulty reflects the actual difficulty of finding this cache; there is a little fun "twist." Please treat it gently so that the fun lasts for others. The Terrain reflects the cumulative value of the terrain for the cache plus extra points for the terrian which would likely be covered to meet the challenge. The terrain for this cache by itself is arguably a 2.0 or 2.5.

Grabbing a few pertinent targets in Denver after a few days of hiking and caching at higher elevations.
I made it down there and signed the log, but I'm a little gun shy on slopes after glissading (unplanned) about 30 feet down a snowy slope while trying to go for the Midland Telegraph virtual near Leadville. Tore a few fingernails, got some bruises and lost my phone. More importantly, I lost some great photos of the snowy pine covered mountains since I had no service and they had not uploaded. Oh well, Im still here and I will go back, when there is less snow (he says in mid-June)

I managed not to break any bones on that hill but I did end up with sticks in my hair. There was an amazing amount of detritus that has been washed down the gully. I also found a safe but no geocache.

I left a few close to home in case I need a quick find. Today was the day I needed that find. While it hadn't rained today, it was still a bit slick getting to the GZ. Made it without ending up on my backside. TFTC. On to the next.

So, I knew for a bit that I qualify, but needed to find time.
This afternoon, in between rain showers, I got to GZ.
Made the very slippery way to the right spot and grabbed the cache.

I should know better than to go after a 5T cache in flip-flops . Turns out I had chosen the right descent, but then I got distracted by a large metal box and made my way around to it -- it's an empty, broken safe plenty big enough for a standard ammo can, but the cache was not there! Once I got back to the right spot, I happened to see it. Fun one, thanks!

WOO-HOO! MORE CHALLENGE CACHES PLEASE! The Geopuppy Boone and I haven't had much time to Geocache lately, lots of traveling and a big graduation this weekend. After seeing my parents off this morning, I snatched Boone Doggie and hit the road. I had a handful of high value targets on the list, three over here and another 7 or so down in Highlands Ranch. I parked nearby and made my way over to GZ through the wet grass. A little bit of a challenge to get down to GZ, but fortunately spotted the container right away which I was thankful for. I happily added my stamp to the log and replaced as found. This D/T combo gets me one step closer to my fourth fizzy, now down to 10 cells left. Definitely earns a favorite from me, since I'm a sucker for Challenges-Thanks Marc!
