This cache is in a secluded, little known canyon. Mainly the canyon is just for a private community but there is a trailhead up there that is open to the public. If you park at the trailhead, you can hike up through the community to some very beautiful areas.
This cache is just short of the trailhead (on public land), right next to Mill Creek, that flows year-round and is always COLD!
My GPS was jumping quite a bit so you might have to use your geo-senses.

It took me a while to spot this cache today - maybe 10 minutes. I overlooked it twice since it blends in well especially with the lighting and shadows the way they were when I was there. Thanks for a fun one. It's in fine shape. 9:34 am.

No travel bug in the cache.

Yes, make sure to look on the correct side of the road. The hint was useful as well. We've never been in this area before. We picked up 850 KOA and the Broncos game as well as Peyton Manning's first taunting penalty of his career. Log was a little damp. TFTC TNLN

Hey, Kitt5 it was nice meeting you & chatting at the Mountain Chillin' event. We had some extra time before nightfall so we went for a few more caches on our way down I-70. Interesting area that we didn't know existed. Nice paved road after all the bumping around up to Bill Moore Lake. We checked out the "trailhead" to see if we could park a horse trailer there. The best parking was filled up with 4 small flatbed trailers that probably belong to the local homeowners, bummer.

Let my son's friend try to find this one, and like my first try, coordinates took him to wrong side of road. This seems to be part of game. Still intact, still in good shape.
