Out with Kerewin0430 today, and her log covered our experience well. I couldn't believe that we found the original container on our way out - I guess the rock spirits thought she hadn't climbed up there enough yet! Thanks for the interesting cache!

Wow! Now here's a story of cache resurrection! Targeted a few caches with COpackrat this afternoon. Due to an unfortunate combination of VERY slow traffic on 25 and an ominous weather report, we didn't expect to get many, but for sure wanted this one. Between rain storms, we found GZ and played around for a while (up and down, up and down, all over the options in the area - pretty fun!) and found a very likely hiding spot, but no cache. Reached out to a previous finder, who confirmed the location. Thankfully, we had suitable elements to replace the cache, so down I came, retrieved a replacement from the car, then went up again. As we were walking away, we spotted a camo'd cache container laying on the ground about 30-40' from GZ! It was empty, but the plastic bag and 2 log sheets were laid out like a trail of breadcrumbs for us. Hooray! So...up again I got to go, swapped out the replacement for the original, and came down one final time. I think I'll have to climb this one every time I come now, just for fun! Thanks for this cache!

I was here a year ago and couldn’t find the cache at the very top so on this trip back I decided to go see if I could find that cache and clear the DNF. Then I noticed this cache had been posted since the last time I was here. Luckily I spotted the GZ right away but there were lots of muggles around so I decided to go up to the top and save this for the way back down. Luckily on my way back there are less people around and I was able to make the grab and sign the log. Thanks for fun cache!

Even though WingsAndTales is tall, she still chose the harder way. I think she just likes to show off her climbing skills lol! Good hide. Thanks for the cache.

We found this one more easily than I thought we would but getting to it required some determination. TFTC

Sissadies and I were in the area picking up a kayak from a friend. I bought Sissadies a kayak for her birthday, so my friend gave us one of his so we'd have two instead of taking turns.

The last cache I found was in Washington, so I wanted to grab a Colorado cache for the mileage. Almost did a park and grab, but then saw there was a new one at Castle Rock! The birthplace of my addiction.

I'm very familiar with this area so it was a quick trip to the GZ, with one most amazing detour. On the way to the cache... what do my eyes spy? A $100 bill! So glad we came to this cache instead of another one. Biggest amount I've found yet. Have found $20 a few times before while caching. New record!

Found the cache quickly and had a fun time retrieving it while dodging a wasp that really liked it. Took a fun picture with my prize, but won't post as it is a spoiler. This spot looks like a lion's head. Gets a fave!

Thanks the5millers, magiccacher! Logged SPLIT TRAIL, TRAIL.....TRAIL from a ninth galaxy using c:geo!
