Kaylor's Treasure is placed in honor of my granddaughter who spends her summers just down the road from here.

Last summer I introduced her to the world of geocaching up in Chicago (where I live) and this hide type was her favorite.....and mine.

Since I am here often visiting my son I really wanted to hide a cache in this area when I was here on this trip. (When I am not here he will be maintaining the cache for me) I was pleasantly surprised when I went for a walk around this park that there were no caches hidden any where in this area, which is conveniently located very close to my son's home. And even more thrilled when my favorite type of host was also located within this area.

This is an ammo can nicely hidden away from muggles. There is some super fun swag in there for the kids, a notebook for the log and a pen. I have also placed 2 trackables in the cache.

Came here to check on the cache and let Miss Kaylor find her treasure for the first time. I found it 25’ from it’s hiding spot. PLEASE LEAVE the cache in it’s intended location. This helps to ensure the cache doesn’t get muggled. .

The coordinates seemed right on for this cache. It was nice to find this type of container. I didn't trade anything but I singed the log.
