TFTC. Yes, don’t be fooled by your first inclination of where to look. The coordinates are right on. Unfortunately the waterproof container is not so the log is wet.

Found it! Still intact - I wasn’t hopeful after no find in over a year, but there it was! Newer coords were spot on. Not magnetic anymore. TFTC!

Thanks, incajaguar! I went to some Thornton neighborhoods to geocache this morning. I run a pocket query every night for the 1,000 closest caches I have not found yet. Right now that takes me out about 14 miles from home. I have an idea where I will start in the morning, but I am not sure will I end up. I usually go to the next closest cache. If the recent logs are not encouraging, I may skip it until another time. I usually give them a look and report an immediate DNF from my phone if I do not find it. If there are four or more DNFs, I will send a Needs Maintenance log. I really enjoyed geocaching in this part of town this morning.
