Holy cripes!!-my phone got me within 7 feet, so I spent a good 15 min looking 7-20' around the rail, and under the overpass. The Walmart side of the upper rail looked like a likely spot, but had only a folded food wrapper. Almost stuck my fingers in the bottom end of the rail- both sides- only to see bees nests in both!! Good thing I looked in first. Not a safe spot for a cache, IMHO. Stopped my search after that.

We started a road trip in Denver, Colorado and we will continue to log caches in Wyoming, Kansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. We are looking to log nice caches along the route.
