Gaging Station used to measure cubic feet flow of the river

This traditional cache is located near the south end of the gaging station on the conejos river. You can fish along the river here. There are Cuthroat, Rainbow, & Spotted Brown Trout in the river. Along the Conejos river there are many places that are "catch & release" this is not one of them but you must throw a fish back if it's under 18" long along this part of the river.

The cache is a plastic pipe approx 12" long.

We looked and looked and looked, we think something must have happened to this cache. We couldn't find it anywhere. So disappointed! :(
