Located off (east of) of West Grouse Creek trail near Minturn.
Trying to get back here to put in new cache box. Will update once I do. If anyone is heading up here before I do, I would appreciate if you would replace box.

Take the road up from the Grouse Lake trail head. At the top of the first hill take the trail on your right (west). Continue down the trail to the "Y", follow the right (west) trail to the cache. The GPS signal may be week here due to the trees, but shortly after crossing the creek there will be an opening where you can get a good signal. It is about a 20 - 25 minute hike to the cache from the trail head. The cache is a clear tupperware box with a blue lip. It is well hidden to avoid someone accidently finding it. So look hard!

Our last day of full geocaching before heading home. We have been on a great month long caching trip to Colorado. We hiked up to GZ and found cache in good shape. Beautiful area! Took TB to move along. Thanks for the adventure!

Four kids and 2 moms found the cache, it was our first and an awesome experience! The cache had been broken, and so the contents were wet/bugged... yes luckily we brought a new cache to replace it with after reading the initial instructions. Leaving a notebook for logging, a pencil, a map, a fire truck, and a bit wheels, a magnet :-) kid friendly!

Pretty hike after the rain. Phone GPSr had us circle the cache before we found it. Still a mess. We used a small note paper we had with us and put it in a fishing fly container that was in the cache. TFTC.

First to find this cache this season. I found it several years ago and again today. It's in pretty bad shape, the log book us water logged and unusable. I will contact the owner to see about much needed maintenance.

Good hike, hide and cords but as the last few logs have noted water has completely compromised all the contents. I scratched my name ( couldn't sign ) into the log book. TFTH!
