Day 6 of the 2018 Epic Geocaching Roadtrip with cactuslover. We traveled through western Nebraska, Eastern Colorado, and Western Kansas. Picked up some great caches. Quick find here as we were making our way south towards Arikaree and Mingo.

Woo Hoo! We have finally made it to Colorado! Spent a lot of time at the visitors center talking with the staff there about cool places we should be going while we were here. Loved all the cool moths that were hanging out here too!

It was hot, but I couldn't resist the call of finding my first Colorado cache, so up the hill we went!

Ended up in two wrong places before finding the right one. By the way...it's NOT electrical and that is some sort of animal trap (feral cats?) at the top of the hill.

Finally found what I was looking for and had to battle my way through a spider cache guardian before I could sign the log.

Thanks for the adventure!
