No bears, bobcats, long hikes - oh my! Cache is just 150 feet off paved bike/hiking trail (Big Dry Creek Trail).
Cache is located with a view (using the term loosely) of the Boulder Turnpike. It can be accessed from a variety of directions so where to park may be the hardest choice. Cache is a standard ammo box. Area gets really muddy after a rain.

If you bring the kids, follow the trail west and there is a nice park to visit (Sensory Park) or go north east to the Butterfly Pavilion.

This one was quite interesting. Walked as far as I could, only to determine I was on the wrong side of the little stream. Walked part way back, and found the way around. I was still 30 feet from the GZ, when I found the first bottle with log. This one was soaked, and not in good shape. Think this was from someone who replaced. Closer to GZ, was another bottle. This one was in much better condition. However, neither of these came close to a medium size. Oh well, found what I think was it and stamped both. Thank you for this placement Mondou2.
