This is my second hide. If you have time I would recommend going down the trail a couple feet and see the beautiful fairy garden some kids put up. also If you're looking for a great walk I would recommend The Ruins and my personal favorite Hecla Lake 2.

Was very early in our cache run day, and wasn't prepared to walk in soggy shoes for the rest of the day. Will come back better prepared or when the water level is down. Passage from the other side just isn't possible for part of the necessary distance.

My second FTNF this week on a DGKusel31 cache. I spent about 10 minutes on the trail spying across the ditch, then 10 more minutes across the ditch looking for in. Nada.

the resident on that side of the ditch was in her backyard, so I decided to come back another time.

We headed out on a chilly rainy day to grab some of the new caches in the area. Made the walk to GZ. The water was running pretty good and I thought about taking a chance and jump over the water but thought better of it because of the rain making everything muddy and having a new knee replacement. Did take photos at GZ. Maybe I can use my covid-19 card and log it.

When the attribute to this one says ‘wading may be required, you should believe it! Beware some sink spots in the water. I am 6 feet tall and a couple of times I sank in mud to my lower knee. I geocache with my phone and the coords were spot on.
