Camoed container with log book, pen, normal trade items, located just up the hill, about 200 yards off Hwy 114.You can park at the highway and hike up, or go though the gate (be sure you leave the gate as you found it!) and drive within a few feet of the cache, staying on the designated road. May not be acessible in winter.
This cache is the 2nd in the Cochetopa (Ute word for Pass of the Buffalo) series. One of the most breath taking views in Colorado is to be found at this cache location..When you find it, take a moment and look at the spectacular views in front of you, whether it's winter, spring, summer, or fall... If you are looking west, you will see Cochetopa Dome, to its right is Sawtooh Mountain and to the right Razor, just to name a few of these mountains....Beautiful!!!!

Congratulations to atv-nut - FTF

Explored this area on the way home from discovering new places in Colorado we hadn't visited before. SL. TFTC!

Quick find today although my low slung Mazda wouldn't make it all the way up the hill without dragging bottom, so we had to walk up. Very stiff and cold breeze today made it a short visit. Cache still in good shape and lots of swag. TNLN, Thanks.
