This bonus geocache is NOT at the posted coordinates.

First, you will need the Adventure Lab app available from the app store on your smart phone. You will need to complete the "Berthoud History" Adventure Lab in order to get the final coordinates and instructions on how to access the physical container.

You will have 5 locations to complete before you receive a keyword. You may retrieve the keyword at anytime after you have completed the tour by viewing the journal of the "Berthoud History" Adventure Lab series. It will be listed on the final entry. This cache is on private property with permission of the owner. Please respect the property.

I enjoyed the Adventure Lab. Great job. I should have read the bit about the cache being on private property because I was cautious about going on it until the owner came and chatted to me. He was very friendly. Cheers.

With all of our list of To-Do's completed yesterday, that freed up today to head out and grab some caches around the Lafayette, Niwot, Longmont, Berthoud and Loveland areas.We really enjoyed completing the adventure lab historical sites around Berthoud. The owner stepped out and asked if we needed any help, we told him we were out geocaching and he was aware of what we were doing and knew of the cache placement, but said he wouldn’t give us a clue unless we asked for one. Next time in Bertoud, I would really like to check out his shop, some of the metal toys on display did bring back some youthful memories. Very nice hide and camo, SL,TFTC Thanks for the fun labs in Berthoud, we really enjoyed them. Nicely done!!!

I went though Berthoud recently after being in the general area for a meeting with my surveyor. I enjoyed completing the historical sites visitations as I moved through the Adventure Lab caches, and barely had enough time before I needed to head north, to find the bonus. It's in an interesting location, and it's a great hide. Thanks, GotYour6!!

The bonus was great and the labs were cool but we had even more fun talking to the store owner. We spent a while just chatting. He was fully aware of the cache but said he wouldn’t give us a clue unless we asked.
