Stop at the first parking area when you get up to the resevoir area. Then walk down the trail. The cache is in the trees. Its hidden pretty well under some bark.

This cache started with a glow stick boncy ball, little blue bird, pink highlighter, sunglasses visor clip, caribeiner a pen and log book. We couldnt get a very good satelite signal with our GPS so hopefully you can get a better signal then we could, and hopefully the cordinates were pretty close.

Cache still in good shape. Slightly wet though. Freeman is a busy place today. Made us a bit nervous to be hiking out through the woods in the middle of hunting season :-)

Found it, took me a few minutes as my compass went back and forth, but followed the clues and found it. Log was just a little damp and starting to rust but cache is still in good shape. Thanks for putting a cache here, the views are spectacular!

Cool cache out there by Freeman. What a beautiful area. My boyfriend's parents were camping out there so we went and met them out there, found this cache (coordinates spot on) and hiked up toward Black Mountain. Thanks for the cache and bringing me to this beautiful area!

[A bit of a hint for those not finding it:] it's between the base of a standing tree and a fallen tree, and probably farther off the trail than you think

Went out again and two of us looked until dark-thirty to no avail. We must be blind or something. We came home totally eaten up by the skeeters but still had a blast. Saw a gorgeous sunset over the lake.

Oh Cry and whine. 6 of us looked for a long time and our GPS kept saying we were right on top of it, but we couldn't find it. Guess we will
get to go back again sometime and look some more. Saw some neat things tho. Lot of Beaver work ~ old and new, wild strawberries, beautiful wildflowers and we all shared a ton of fun.

Found it with a little difficulty - I was at Freeman Reservoir on an elk hunting trip. This is my very first geochache ever, so this one is special. Container and contents are in great shape. Took nothing from the cache, but all I had was a business card, so I left that in the cache :) hemi_cuda_1971

Found on our first campout with the Webelos of Cub Scout Pack 166. This was the first cache for many of them and with the help of electronicsgeek, I think we may have spawned a few budding geocachers. The boys learned the etiquette for taking and leaving items and some were traded for, but I didn't keep track of which ones. SL TFTC!
