I had this one planned for a different location but it didn't work out. This subdivision is split between the town and county. The homes on the southeast side is out of the town jurisdiction and cannot vote for town stuff while the Northwest side can. I am not totally clear where the dividing line happens. This should be a quick dash and grab. Good area to pull off the busy highway. Also close to the walk/bike path.
