Needs maintenance 
The trail for this goes in and out of an arroyo, ending about 100 feet from the cache location. Hiking would be easy, but long with a couple of steep spots. There are a couple of spots where 4wd requires low gear - most of it is rough two track.
Take Hwy 109 from La Junta to David Canyon rd. Take David Canyon rd west. Turn south at the sign for Picketwire Canyon. Road curves west at the "wet" parking area (outhouse and corrals) for the Picketwire. Follow road west over cattle guard, park (if in a car) at third two track trail on the left.

Cache is in a Gladware container, contents are: 1 toy parachuter, 1 army truck, 2 pencils, 1 mini-basketball, and 1 pair of shoozies. Bring plenty of water to drink - it gets hot and dry out there.

Container was about half-full of water. Lid seems to no longer be waterproof. As I was a little overdue, I couldn't dry everything out as fully as I would have liked, but I gave it a shot, and also left it in a position where water shouldn't be able to collect inside the cache (hopefully). Very cool area. Thanks for the cache.
