This is NOT A MYSTERY OR PUZZLE CACHE, it's a simple single stage medium! For reasons unknown to us, the Reviewer refused to list it as a single stage medium due to the security combo lock we have on it! Why? I do not know, nor will I attempt to understand this! Think of it this way at least you get to score a puzzle icon even though we gave you the answer 1020. It's got to be one of the easiest puzzles you will ever encounter in Colorado.Update: As of 1 December 2017 Our cache was Awarded one of America's 5 bug TB Hotels!!!! Thanks, guys and it's an honor to receive this award! I would like to take time to honor my fallen friend SGT Matthew Deckard, US Army. We continue to miss you Matt and your geocoin AM9*** will always be stationed here for all to discover.
Update: As of 23 August 2017, Thanks to all of you for making this Colorado's 29th most favorite Geocache!
Greetings Central Colorado Cachers! We love trackables and have enjoyed moving them along over the years from cache to cache. Don't you hate it when you discover a TB hotel that lists several TBs inside but is full of trash / swag!! We sure as hell do! So, we came up with this idea back in South Carolina in 2006 after being disappointed so may times. There may be times when this cache might not have trackables inside but you won't go without discovering something....that's the point of this cache, to help your TB and coin numbers go up!
TWO THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT OUR TB R&R: #1 Relax! yes, it's on our property, we own this house and you are free to PNG. The neighbors next door and across the street are aware of its location. #2 You must remember these numbers: 1020 it's for security. We have curious neighborhood kids that would rather get into the cache than simply ask what it's about. Trust me, I caught them doing it several times.
So, come on out bring the kids and discover or move these things. We DO NOT PLACE A LIMIT on how many you want to take or trade because we find as many as we can and move them all the time. That's the point of trackables: TO MOVE FROM PLACE TO PLACE!...not get stuck for months in someone's TB hotel because that TB hotel's owner thinks it's "caching taboo" to take one without trading. TBs are meant to move from place to place! So Fellow cachers, please go ahead, trade, take one, take two, shoot take them all but always remember this: to move them along to another cache...they DO NOT belong to you and are due their travel mileage.
Also, as we kind of hinted already, please don't take the ones we have permanently assigned to this cache. You will see them as soon as you make the find. They are DISCOVER ONLY and your reward for coming out here. We want to see your trackable numbers go up and at current count your can discover up to 34 trackables! So, by trying to remove them, sort of ruins the reward for other cachers to discover.
After a period of time, we do "clean house" and will move these trackables if no one comes out to move em. We do caching runs all the time seeking caches listing trackables for trade. Like I mentioned, the goal is for the trackable to move from place to place and not get stuck for too long in one place. If we don't trade them we bring them back for due travel miles with us so they just don't sit in the R&R not getting any travel time / miles.
Anyway, this cache is right next to the sidewalk and is handicap accessible. We did the 1 1/2 star for the sidewalk bump. This is not about the hide but for all those dedicated trackable lovers out there trying to get their TB counts up...enjoy the discoveries!
1020 this is important to know to open the container. Other than that, you don't need a hint. If you don't believe us, look at the picture taken on 4 July 12! This picture isn't a spoiler because the cache isn't about the hide it's all about trackables! If you get a DNF something is wrong!

05/20/2019 By dakaamsach Fantastic TB hotel. Gets a fav!!!! I swapped TB's. Felt very comfortable getting this cache. I am visiting from NY and brought along a TB. Searched for a TB hotel and this was perfect. Will stop by here again on return trips.

07/27/2018 By j2dad It was an easy find, though first try failed to open the lock. I had the right numbers but wrong order, but checking the cache page again solved that quickly. It took a bit of time to capture the TB numbers, and sort out what I was taking and leaving, and during that time, the CO came home and said hello. Thanks for the cache.
