Have you ever wanted to go on a hike to several caches but did not know where the trail starts or where to park. I thought I would put some caches out at trail heads and parking.
There are several caches up from this one. A nice trail that takes you to a ridge where you can see all of Colorado Springs and the back side of Blodgett.

This one's cache page says that it hasn't been found in over a year (qualifying for the Cache Revival Challenge in Colorado Springs). However, the log has two signatures/names in it. Not sure they are cachers. Regardless, the log has seen better days. I left a new one with the old one in a new baggie. It took me a few minutes to find this one as my GPSr was all over the place. But eventually walked away from GZ and, as I turned around to zero in my GPSr, saw it at eye level. Great find. Neat container. TFTC.

On our way down from Ormes Peak (we hiked RT from the West Woodmen trail), we found this. Cache is in good shape with good coordinates. Pen did not work. TFTC!
