Nice easy cache with an easy access. Just for fun and to help your numbers grow!
There are several spots along Highway 40 where remnants of a more relaxed less hurried time exist. These spots meander off the straight and narrow new highway system and are from a time in history where how fast you got there didn't matter as much as the freedom of being able to travel. This remnant exists because the original Highway 40 veered north to avoid the deep ravine just to the east of this cache. The construction equipment was much more limited 70 years or so ago. The east end of the city of Craig started building up along this original section. Have fun! Please use care in replacing the container!
Cache should be available from late spring to late fall.
