Okay. This was a tough one. First started looking 8 years ago and a few times since without luck. Armed with a bit of information, went back today and still almost left without a find. Then, one last spot to check. Bingo. Glad this is finally off my DNF list. Well done and coords spot on. This is #6300 for me. Thanks.

Stopped back by to try this one again. Had my son with me this time and we both still couldn't find it. Heading home tomorrow. Enjoyed all the puzzles. Thanks for the fun!

Just got back from a walk in the park. The cache is still there. It is in plain sight but invisible.

Had a successful morning until this one. Looked for a good 40 minutes with no luck. Going to pick up the kid for lunch, then head back out caching this afternoon.

Frown DNF Frown We are obviously gluttons for punishment. This was our third attempt to find this one and still no joy. We came to Silverton today to try to avenge some old DNFs. This one wasn't one we could do. Thanks again. Frown

In June 2013 I searched a long time for this cache and came up with a troublesome DNF. Ugh. Today, armed with a hint from jake 92 I returned to the site of the previous humiliation and after some searching, I came up with a find on this clever cache.

I've discovered in the past when searching for jake92 caches that my success rate, even after very thorough searches, is about 50%. On this trip I tried for 10 of his caches. This was the fifth of the 10. My cumulative "trip score", after this cache, is jake92--2; Denali41--3. I've temporarily, at least, "surged" into the lead. A good inning.

We solved this one over three years ago and DNFd it in June 2013. Thought we try it again today. Even with a pretty specific hint from the CO, we got the same results - a DNF. Won't be back because diane is allergic to that kind of foliage and broke out all over her arms. Thanks anyway. The puzzle is cool.
