After skipping the initial “Thelma and Louise” approach— I found a nice trail that led to the danger zone! Cache was obvious- glass, rusty nails and sharp tin cans also obvious! Glad I’m up to date on Tdap even though I didn’t need it! Not a kid cache but a great adult agility cache! Wow!

Perhaps the one is supposed to be approached from below; I parked above, walked to the edge, looked down that T1.5 slope, and decided to try for another hide as I didn't propose to risk my neck for yet another cache find. TFTC anyway.

Making a loop from Buena Vista, Failrplay, Breckenridge, Frisco, Leadville and back to BV. Found 28 and DNF'd 3, also avenged a DNF, so it was a good day. First one of the day, glad I didn't break an ankle getting to this one. TFTF

I came up here to pick up Jenn from the Colorado Trail for a day and a half of rest, resupply, and some replacement gear. We stayed in the nearby haunted hotel and ate dinner at the pub two doors down from there. I left my military ID at the pub by accident, so I had to drive the 200+ miles round trip to come back here to retrieve my ID. While I was here, I decided to take the time to find this cache. The coords are really very good, but I spent more time searching the areas that I thought were more appropriate to the hint.
