Have had this one solved and finally got over to look for it. Wasn't in the place I suspected it would be, so I reached out to the last finder, who confirmed the place I looked. Sad to say, I believe this is missing.

I solved the puzzle a while ago and was able to grab on this trip to the Springs. The log was a bit damp. TFTC

TFTC! My phone's broken so I had to look at a map and guess where it is. Log was pretty wet so I threw in a Walmart receipt, so it should be good for a bit. A muggle was smoking right by the cache after I had retrieved it and taken it to my car to sign. I just had to outwait the muggle, and since it was freezing cold, it didn't take too long.
