After spending 10 days in and around Las Vegas Oliphientje and me started to travel from Las Vegas to Denver. We visited several National Parks on our trip. We were so glad all the parks re-opened in october, just before we left Las Vegas!
We visited Zion, Bryce, Monument Valley, Arches, The Grand Canyon and Rocky Mountain National Park. And many more nice places.
We stayed in Grand Junction last night and decided to go for this multi cache. We couldn't reach the starting point by car. We got stuck in the dirt but we managed to get the car out. So, on foot we went. At the first waypoint we had to search a while but then the container was found.
On one of the other waypoints I had trouble reading the coordinates so we searched at the wrong spot for 20 minutes. Then we realised we were searching at the wrong place and moved to the right place. The rest of the containers and the caches were found without any trouble.

#4191 - Found 13.13h.
After 10 days of fun with friends, Giga10 and I left Las Vegas and are heading to Denver via some Nationa Parks.
We visited Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Monument Valley, Arches NP and Rocky Mountains NP and many other nice places.
Early this morning we left Grand Junction to visit a few caches. Yesterday we passed this cache from Arches NP to Grand Junction, but it was too dark to see anything. This cache fitted our fizzy matrix very well.
Being used to multi caches, we didn't mind looking at different stages without finding another cache. The stages were found in good shape, though the ink got a bit vague. Some took long to find, others were very easy. All in all a very nice cache and a very nice view.
Greetings from The Netherlands and TFTC.

Liked the idea, but too hot to hike at this time of day; may have to try this one again another time. THANKS! :-)

Camping over in Rabbit Valley and rode atv's over the north side of !-70 being enticed by the sound of this cache...riding up and across rolling valleys and high ridges was fantastic. Learning to open and close gates along the trail. Thank goodness for our topo maps on our gps's... Parked and began the great trek over slickrock, ledges, ravines and crevices. Big bull snake welcomed us toward multi #2...
Fantastic and clever hides on each stage. We shrieked and laughed and yelled "Wow" at each find. This does require hiking, some climbing and dropping and lots of brain tissue. There is 5 stages that finally take you to the main cache which is stage 6 and one should actually receive credit for 6 caches and not just one as this is several hour adventure! At final stage, we left goodies and also left a little log book as mentioned being needed by coyotebustr. We also left a special Camel pin from Quartzsite, Arizona. We are on our third year of caching and this may very well be the best one ever!

This is still my favorite cache! Found it a while back - took a couple kids out today and had fun watching them find the series. TFTC! TNLN

Lots of fun!!! Made the same mistake on the number mix up that others did, but back tracked and all worked out well. (if you have children who are terrified of grasshoppers be warned that they are everywhere and there are hundreds of them)
