The Holey Bucket Trail is 1.4 miles point to point and is considered moderate in difficulty. It is a local favorite and rarely will you find the trial without someone on it.
This area starts getting hot in the sun the first day of spring, so plan some water. The trail is in excellent condition and children hike it all the time.
Stay on the trail and you will see some “holey buckets”, the namesake of the trail.
The log is not located at this GZ, however a valuable clue is. You must find the other clues at some of the other Holey Bucket caches. To solve, visit each of the other 7 Holey Bucket Trail Caches and find a clue at that site. Only 5 of the 7 other caches have a clue. Holey Bucket #1 would be the letter “a” and Holey bucket #8 would be the letter “z”.
The final coordinates is: N 39 02.(a+4)(b-6)(c-6) W 108 35.(x-2)(y+1)(z-3)
