Lots of tree trimming in the area, so not sure if the container got trimmed along with the branches. Looked for about 15 minutes and expanded our search radius as suggested in a previous log but could not make the find. Contacted the CO, who gave us permission to log the find and he will check on the cache in the near future.

We went out on a fun hike with Back Country Horsemen along the Ute Pass Trail. We hiked for 12 miles over 6 hours and found 10 caches along the way.

We had a bit of fun naming possibilities that fit the hint until someone said the one that actually made sense. After no find there, we read the previous logs to learn of the new location for the cache (30 feet west of the listed coords). Searching that location, we found the container on the ground. After signing the log, I placed it in an obvious spot that should not be visible from the trail.

This is day 1318 of our current daily caching streak (day 22 of our Mystery Cache streak). Thanks again for helping us to extend our streak by another day.

TFTC!
