Returned today and found the elusive trail just as dusk was setting in. I can't imagine this "trail" in the spring when things are growing, it must be a jungle. Even with everything dying down for the winter, it was still a bit of a bushwhack. Found the cache right where Pathfinder left it. Probably easier than the original Jake hide, as I still haven't found the other two in the area. At least one frown is now upside down. Thanks.

Found this one on the ground out in the open. The wire tether has broken and left the cache in the middle of the little reeds. I used what was left if the wire to tether it back to a tree branch right above where we found it. Coords are spot on. TFTC.

This cache right here has been on my list for awhile. Attempted in the spring but the water made it a nightmare to attempt on my first try. Proper gear and all. It's been on my watch list and just saw CO post that it's still there... and that right there spurned me into action to get back out to Taviwach Park to make the find. Wouldn't ya know it though, walked right to it this time with minimal Bush whacking or water problems. Original container with last 3 finders ink on the log. Good day to be our caching.

Cache is still there and atrail goes part way then you have to Bush whack the rest of the way.

Not sure how to get to this one, I ran into a fence with no trespassing signs on it and there didn't appear to be any path by the river. I guess I could have missed it as the aerial photo shows some kind of foot path, but with the last two DNFs, I didn't venture any farther.

Checked on the ache today and it is still there.
