Stone Ridge Village is a residential area in Woodland Park.  All of the houses are past the hiding spot so while you may have cars driving by, just pretend that you are taking a picture of the stone sign.  

There isn't any designated parking, but the road is quite wide, and you can park on the side of the road, just west (past) the cache location - a parking waypoint is listed.

30 caliber ammo can, so there is plenty of room for even bigger trackables.
