Didn't find it 04/16/2021 By youkfish
Gave it a valiant and safe effort with VTA in the snow, but couldn't come up with it. Will come back later for the smiley.

Didn't find it 04/16/2021 By vegantriathlete
I knew I was taking a significant risk coming out to this one, with the reputation the CO has and the recent snowfall. But, I decided that if I didn't have a look then I wouldn't know. I spent a good amount of time clearing snow at GZ and looking around. Eventually I decided to head back to my car to log the DNF. I didn't want to get too aggressive clearing snow and searching and end up either taking a plunge into the creek myself or knocking the cache into the creek. As I neared my car I saw another person getting out of his car.

Well, how about that! I got to meet youkfish. We headed back to GZ to have another look together and ended up agreeing that it's better that we wait to find this one on another day. People probably don't want to attempt this one in the snow. We had a really nice and extended conversation before we each headed our own way. So, at least I got something out of the attempt.

It was really nice to meet you youfish!
