Traditional cache accessible by mountain bike, hiking (though several miles), ATV, or an SUV with reasonable ground clearance, not a hard core 4 WD trail however. Wonderful views of the Arkansas River Valley above Buena Vista, CO and a close up view of a natural arch.
From BV take County 371 North to 375 just before the tunnels. Grab a detailed map at the kiosk on 375 and pick a route to 373, (there are several ways to get there e.g. 375 A to 373 or 376 to 311 to 373). Ammo can cache is near the trail but the roads to the site are not accessible via non SUV. From the cache location, the natural arch will be to the east along the ridgeline. Use the photo in the cache to help you “see” the arch. Cache contains assorted goodies for adults and kids. Enjoy the views of the Collegiate Peaks along the way they are spectacular!

Out with jammarie exploring the area in our Jeep. We could see the arch from the cache location. Saw the cache before I even got the jeep stopped. Cache was in excellent condition. I did empty the trash and dirt out of the cache. Thanks for the cache

We once came here looking for the arch, took a long hike in the wrong direction, and never found it (that day). Seems silly once you know what you are looking for!
