Ammo can cache accessible by mountain bike, hiking (though a few miles), ATV, or an SUV with reasonable ground clearance, not a hard core 4 WD trail however. A Subaru Outback can make it to this one. Wonderful views of the Arkansas River Valley above Buena Vista, CO and a visit to an old homestead.
From BV take County 371 North to 375 just before the tunnels. Grab a detailed map at the kiosk on 375. Follow 375 to 375C until it dead ends at the ranch site. Ammo can cache is near the trail but the roads to the site are not accessible via non SUV. Cache contains assorted goodies for adults and kids. Enjoy the views of the Collegiate Peaks along the way they are spectacular!

I believe this cache has been muggled so. My GPS was within 3 feet and in the location according to the hint. There are traces of where it looked to have been but no cache bummer!

I was in town for a week and headed up to the mountains with Team Red Rubicon for some 4x4 fun around Buena Vista. Today I did Chinaman Gulch with zoltig, Mountain Roamer, Red Ruby, Takes the Hard Way and jpit. We finished up that trail early in the day so we decided to check out the Four Mile area. The rain cleared out shortly after hitting the trail and it was a great afternoon.

Thanks for the cache,
