The High Ground is an area of elevated terrain, which is generally considered to be strategically advantageous on the battlefield.  This position gives you the High Ground on the only battlefield around: an outdoor Laser Tag arena.  It also happens to have nice views of Pikes Peak and the rest of the mountains to the west of Colorado Springs.  

Watch for rattlesnakes.  They have been seen in the area.

Yes! My jasmer is complete once again!
This also helps with another challenge that I signed years ago that requires 50 find with the word "high" in the title.
This is my 45th.
I grabbed the trackable because I couldn't get it to fit back inside. It is a pretty good view from up there.
