Welcome to Erie. This one may stump you but it's worth the effort.

The camo for this cache was a relic from another cache that suffered some major damage and abandonment. Now, after refurbishing, it is ready for deployment.

If you obey the posted signage, the nearby parking area is off limits to unauthorized personnel. There is street parking on Dickens St which adds about 0.2 miles to the approach.

To access the open space area there is an open gate in the fence immediately North of the turnaround at the end of the access road.

You may need a TOTT to open this cache. A screw driver or pocket knife would do the trick.

We headed back south today to start our caching adventure. It was a perfect day to be out on an Easter Sunday morning. Mrs. SDC phone started going off with new caches being published as we were heading to the chatfield area. After completing our list of caches we had, we headed home to make a quick pit stop before we continued north to grab these new caches. Broke out the geo-bike to after this cache. WOW! I haven't seen a cache like this since the pirate treasure we did a few years ago in Longmont. Awesome hide and camo, Nicely done!!! Very nice hide and camo, TNLN, SL,TFTC ApproveApproveApprove
