Park and grab along the Arkansas Riverwalk.

This is the first in a series of caches near medical offices. This should be an easy park and grab for most, but some may be left scratching their heads. Muggles seem to be present even when the medical office is closed. Please use stealth. I put a pen in there. Please do not take it.
