This is one of the Woodmoor Improvement Association common areas.  Nice trails around the dry pond and dog friendly.  Several places to sit and enjoy the quiet surrounding.  You should have no issues with being on Woodmoor common areas, just respect the trails and do not walk on untracked vegetation.

If you park on Peaceful Pond and take the trails to the cache you will have a nice leisurely walk to the cache.  Watch out for bikes when you get close, they could be doing jumps.  This is our Families first cache.  We live very close and when we started to look at places around us, we realized this was a great open space that had no other caches near.
