Out picking up a few caches along with GotWine. She said, Oh lets do that cache, it's only a mile up that dirt road. Don't believe your wife when she can't read a GPS! Steep, rocky climb in 4 wheel drive. Terrain rating a little low. Made it to the top, looked around a bit at the cabins, made a quick find of the cache. Didn't expect it would be here after almost 2 year. It is in good shape. Started the trek down. 10,702 feet at top and 9,366 feet at bottom in a little over 1 mile. Thanks for the adventure.

Woo Boy, what a ride! In the area picking up a few caches along with John4x4. Didn't look that bad from the road until we got started. Steep and rocky, thought the difficulty rating a little low, but then I was a passenger, not the jeep driver. When we finally got to the top, the cabins were a little run down and in need of Fixing Up for sure. Found the cache pretty quick and is in good shape for being there all sad and lonely for almost 2 years. Cache elevation was 10,702 feet. Now for the trip down. Thanks for the views and for the smiley face.

Jeeping in the area with some friends. Good thing I had help as this was about 33 feet from where my GPS had me looking. The hint was helpful. TFTC

Knew I would be in the area for the 4x4 event, so was glad to see that this had been found recently. Yes, it was quite the steep and loose hill, and I thought of BackCountryHorseman's poor pony on the way! Found cache after a little GPSr bounce and was on my way. TFTC
