This cache is located within Chatfield State Park. You can pay an entrance fee, or the closest access to the cache is by parking at the Audobon Society off Waterton and Wadsworth. The cache is hidden in a very popular area for bird watching...early on the weekends there are muggles galor!

Been awhile since this cool cache has been found. The placement of this cache didnt fool us for a moment. It cracked us up. We had a great time here lingering and watching birds. We have been riding bikes and caching in the area. It's been difficult...many trails closed to construction. This Platte trail is closed during the week. Lots of work being done out here. The ride to this cache and beyond is wonderful. Thanks for the great placement in this amazing spot. Gets a favorite. We love birds and caching and biking and Colorado. TFTFUN SL
