I worked on this a little last night, but was using the wrong source. So this morning I started plugging away at it again. I found a reliable source and things fell into place. Love the work arounds. So we headed over toward the GZ. Nice climb. We were late for the FTF, but we found a very well done cache and hide. Great theme!
Today was crazy. We started off going west in search of an FTF. Problem is someone found it before we even left the house. But I didn't update my list, so I didn't know. We made it to the area, found a few caches and headed back home, knowing that I still needed an FTF. After babysitting for a few hours we headed north and grabbed several great caches outside of Henderson. Then, that evening I checked one last time for a possible FTF. There is one near Idaho Springs.... so off we went. Lots of driving, but a great geocaching day!
Thanks for the cache!

FTF @ 10:30!

Are you ready for some White Knuckle driving?

I have lots of time off I need to burn and there was a puzzle cache that just published that I wanted to see about getting FTF on. So, after I got my son to school and took care of what I needed to do at work, I headed for the mountains. This was quite the adventure today! I definitely could have used a different vehicle and my snowshoes. I got a crazy workout post-holing my way through a set of caches along a trail. I think I saw mountain lion footprints, though it's totally possible that I was hallucinating.

I logged eight mountain caches. I also grabbed a couple closer to home since I got back a bit early for picking up my son from school.
