Looked at this cache all week and finally said to self today you are mine. Got to the parking lot and said to self you do know you are closing in on 70. But you are as young as you feel. After a long climb a finally arrived at GZ and so happy to come up with the find in short order. Thanks for placing this sweet d/t which it the reason this flatlander from Oklahoma went for this cache. Thanks again CO.

This is a great one. It took me 3 attempts to find it. I was always too low, so stay high. I love the steep drop through the tree after logging this one. The snow was awesome on Saturday. Thank you for the cache. Well done.

Fantastic day at the Jane! 90-inch base and nobody here! I finally went in high enough on the slope tobget this one. My friend decided not to follow when he saw the "cliffs" sign, but I kept going. Lots of bounce back in the trees, and the GPS accuracy only about 35'. Thanks for the hint - it was what made the find possible. Also thanks for bringing me back here. I thought I would ski back out onto the slope after the find, but I found the going great, because the trees open up nicely below the cache. Can't wait to bring my kids back here!

Took a shot a this, but I didn't have much left at the end of the day. Skied down Super Gauge Trail, but didn't duck into the woods until I was in sight of Riflesight Notch Trail. Too low, the GPS showed it was 300' uphill. I'll try again when the snow is softer in the trees and my legs are stronger.

Success. This time I took my skies off and walked around the tree and found it quickly. Thank you for the cache.

Stopped by to check this one after the DNF. My GPSr was bouncing between 15 and 20 feet while I was standing by the cache. Just remember look for the tree that has a double trunk.

I had a great time hiking and caching the Mary Jane area today, finding 8 of the 10 caches I targeted. I left my home in Loveland on a nice morning in the upper 50s. But I got a rude surprise as I crossed Berthoud Pass, my dashboard showed it was 39°, and there was a dusting of fresh snow above timberline! I parked at the lot next to the Freeriders lift and it had warmed up all the way to 43! I threw on an extra long sleeve T and headed up the mountain. I had a route planned out that minimized elevation loss as best I could. My route was Manchego, Granita, Spumoni, Zabaglione, Knox, Mary Jane Cache, Ricciarelli, Camembert, Mary Jane Micro, and finally Provolone. The two I could not find were the first stage of Spumoni and Provolone. Each cache found was located fairly quickly and I signed the logs. Thanks for the lure to Mary Jane!!

3rd find of the day. These are called The Rifle Sight Notch Trees. I feel sorry for you Cacher's who do not have the skill level to enjoy all the drops in these trees. Go big or go home! :)
