This cache is hidden on the edge of the nearby neighborhood. I would recommend parking at the listed parking waypoint and approaching the area from there. There is no need to interfere with any of the nearby electrical equipment to make the find. Also, you don't need to cross or get close to the nearby fence.

At first I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for!!!! But after a minute or so, I spotted it!!! What a creative hide!!!
