It appears that your geocache has been under the weather for a while now. Geocaches that need repair or maintenance should generally be taken care of within a few weeks. Please check on this geocache to repair/replace it and post a log to indicate you have done so, or archive it and pick up any remaining cache contents as soon as possible. Once the geocache has been replaced and/or you have verified that it is OK, you can go ahead and enable it. Please contact me if you have any questions. If there is no evidence that the cache has gotten attention (e.g. cache enabled, or note posted to cache page) or I have not heard from you about this cache in a few weeks it may need to be archived.
Thank you,

Thanks for the cache! This is one of those that you are happy to find! We set out on an adventure that involved a 6 mile hike, many caches, and a grand time. This one was the first stop along the way. The cache has some minor damage to the container but it is still very much intact. Inside the log and contents were charred and the plastic melted, but otherwise fine. The log was pretty neat to see. Only the edges were burned and many of the previous logs were still able to be read. We signed and stamped the log and returned everything as found. Amazing this cache was able to survive as well as it did. The area is completely green and returning to a stable normal growth. It will be years before the pine trees return, but many aspens and scrub oak are growing at a fast rate.

I love finding caches and how they survived the fire. RPieperco will have to load pictures of the melted but signable and readable log book! We could open it to the first page and see the log, but lots of the plastic sealed the edges after that so I turned quite a way into the book to unseal an area for us to sign. Much like pealing off the glue that is on the tops of the notepads. We could see what was probably some playdoh and a lizard in there as well. Overall it survived quite well. Sl, thanks!

Took a walk to another cache and happened by this one. It's there, a but chared/melted inside, but otherwise in fairly good shape.

This cache is a nice part of the string of caches along the ridge leading up to RRR. Everything survived the winter in good condition. Grabbed New York Buzz to move along. Thanks for a great place to take a breather!

Dianne, Sport, Dillon, Petrie, Harry and I were hiking the Waldo loop and then doing a side trip to to hike this ridge to the west that goes up to Rampart Range Road (never done that ridge before). This was our first cache on the ridge. Dropped off two TBs and picked up the TB in the cache. TFTC!

Great hike, a little bit too windy. Took a wrong trail and had to do lots of bushwhacking. Awesome views. Thanks for the fun cache and bringing us here. David, Yulia and dog Einstein.

Tried to make the best of possibly the last nice day this year with a trip around Waldo Canyon. Didn't plan to do this cache but when I got to the point when the trail met the Waldo Canyon trail, I looked for nearby caches and found this one loaded from a different trip. Decided to make the trip today. Glad I did. Good workout today. Left a TB to inspire the next cacher to make the trek.
