At the base of the Grand Mesa, directly off Lands End Rd. During winter months this cache is behind a Forest Service gate that is closed seasonally, depending on snow levels on Lands End Road. There is gravel pull off by the gate in which you can park and walk or bike the 1/2 mile to the cache site during winter months. The hike is all on pavement and is a nice low incline walk.

It was a nice day so I decided to go for a walk. Saw it from about 50 feet away since I know what I was looking for. TFTC

Visited cache today and replaced original cache container with a more water tight one. Replaced soaked log book and transcribed Rojo464's log entry and FTF information into new log book.

FTF, enjoyed getting outside and a short hike. We managed to sign the log but the cache was full of water. TFTC
