A fantastic short hike that includes short steep climbs, flat open fields, hill-tops, boulders, interesting landmarks, dense forested vegetation, and our Sandstone Castle the BEST views around. 

An amazing journey and destination that is very close by...  We thought this would be a perfect spot for our first Geochache.  A fantastic short hike that includes short steep climbs, flat open fields, hill-tops, boulders, interesting landmarks, dense forested vegetation, and the BEST views around.  You'll take in a lot of cool stuff in a fairly short hike, and when you reach the destination, you won't want to leave.  So you may want to pack some snacks, relax for a bit, and enjoy our peaceful Sandstone and Sticks Castle sanctuary... and before you leave, make sure to add your touch to our Castle with a View.  There is even a hidden shovel nearby if you like. We started off the Chache with 6 plastic Slinkys to add some spring to your day... Enjoy!

What a great day for a hike and a cache! RPieperco and I headed up here for a puzzle and this one was on the way, its still in great shape. Thank so much for another wonderful reason to go for a hike.
