Today, after the Jim Reeb event, I teamed up with @2lablovers to grab a few caches. Along the way we saw pronghorn, deer, and several Raptors. We grabbed a multi, a challenge cache, and several traditionals ending our day together at the north end of Colorado Springs. After they went back home, I continued the hunt and grabbed a few more before heading back to Aurora. It's always fun to go geocaching. It's even more fun to do it with friends! Found this one alone.
It took a while. A muggle walked up and asked if everything was safe when she saw my looking around with a flashlight. Told her I was i.specting the area for wasps. She grabbed her mail and hurried back into the night.
I searched and searched before changing my idea.. Found soon afterward. Tftc!

It was a beautiful evening to clean up the home zone some more and get a few smileys! This was one of the Caches found!! Took some searching though, TFTC!!!

This was a fun cache! I was in the area between DoorDash orders and had a few minutes to kill, decided to check this one out. At first I thought maybe it was missing as it wasn't where it used to be, or at least that I thought I remembered. The search was on! Now I understand the frustrations of other on this one! even at my height I had to do some climbing and peering and poking around. I finally found it! Stamped the log and replaced as intended. All good here!

Very cool mailbox building, but I couldn't find this one. My app wouldn't load the description so I had to go off just searching the GZ. Looked for a long time but no luck :( I'll have to come back later when it works again. Thanks for the cool location!

We cached our way to the Colorado Springs area with several goals in mind. First there were three events that we wanted to attend during the weekend. We also wanted to work on our Planetary Pursuit points to earn the 10 souvenirs that are available. Next we wanted to get the new gorgeous GCCO coin, and finally we are working towards our 40,000 find 
.
We replaced numerous caches that had numerous DNF's along with log and or containers that needed maintenance. There was also a nano container that we had to replace because we dropped the bottom of container and could not find it. Very nice hide,

After this morning's event we headed out for a very enjoyable day gathering several of the solved puzzles and letterboxes in this end of town, Also grabbed quite a few traditionals along the way. Definitely some cool mailboxes! Nice hide. SL. TFTC
