It is good to park in the lot, then walk the trail along the south edge of the lake traveling west. You will have to walk a bit to get to it from the lot. The container is a little blackish brown tin about an inch and a half tall. The location is special, as you can observe thousands of migrating Canadian geese in the winter, and watch bats divebomb fireflies at dusk in the summer. Lots to do in this park!
