Who knew these would be observation platforms with informational signs? Looks like they are rarely visited nor maintained but still interesting.

Thanks, DaToad! I am not sure if I parked in the right place, but I made it to the cache by only being on the trail a little. There actually is a Poke Stop at one of the signs, and a Poke Gym at the other. I run a pocket query most days for the 1,000 caches closest to my home, and it now goes out a little over 16 miles from Arvada. My daughter thought it would be great for my 11 year old grandson to have Pokemon Go on my phone, so he has been teaching me the game. He is at Boy Scout Camp this week, so I am on my own trying to get him lots of Poke stuff, and up to the next level. The more I walk, the more Poke eggs get hatched. When getting a geocache near a locked gate, a lady coming to work to unlock the gate asked, "Can I help you?" I said I was geocaching, and she gave the customary puzzled look, and then I said that it is something like Pokemon Go, and she says, "Oh, that!" with a look like I was this crazy old guy playing a kid's game.
