Dogs  Recommended for kids  Scenic view  Dangerous Animals  Snowshoes

Take a walk through the peaceful woods of the Upper Beaver Brook watershed.  The trail is rather faint in the winter so good route finding may be neccessary.  Please mark the position of your car and use the other hides as Bread crumbs pack to the parking spot.  I recommend traction devices or snow shoes in the Winter.  Happy Hunting and BYOP!

[FTF] 03/09/2021 at 4:54 pm. Ha! I made this one so much harder than it needed to be. If I had just let my GPS settle I could have saved a little time. Instead, I ran like a chicken with it's head cut off, circling around and checking suspected placements before I came to my senses. With my head screwed on right, I was able to quickly make the find. Great placement!
Today I was sitting at work when I saw a bunch of caches publish. One in particular pulled on my geocaching addict string - a puzzle in the mountains. After solving it, I waited on baited breath, hoping that it would still be available after 3:00 pm. Fast forward to that time (just like Marty in Back to the Future, but instead Forward to the Future) and I'm in the Jeep heading west. It's only an hour drive and the weather is beautiful. Definitely time for a hike. By the end of the day I collected several finds and the FTF on the cache I was after. During my journey I saw crows and a hawk, but no other animals (including humans).
Thanks for the cache!
