Located near the downtown library.  The person that creates these things is my favorite artist. To see more of his work just go around town or go to his studio in Palisade.  Muggles are plenty when the library is open and parking is available on site or on the street.  So use stealth when looking..  Enjoy the hunt and BYOP.

checked on cache while at the library and it is still in place altho i did find it in a different spot than where i put it... but will leave it there as coords are still the same...
